ABCC System Status: Message Of The Day

 All PBS computation will be done on the SGI Altix system "dexter". You will
  need to modifiy your batch scripts to include a nodes=dexter parameter or
    arch = linux-ia64 to get to dexter. Users are responsible for moving
      necessary data files found in their /usr/tmp directory to dexter.

The Networking Group/LAN Office will perform network maintenance on the Bldg. 
430 main campus core switch on Tuesday May 27th, 2008 from 7:00 AM until 7:30 
AM. This maintenance will shut down all communications for the campus to most 
network resources for the duration of the maintenance (including Internet, DNS, 
E-Mail, VPN, NIH resources, etc...). Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Networking Group estimates the maintenance to be completed no later than 
7:30 AM. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Ed Krusinski
